Derrick Vartanian – Executive Managing Director, Partner

Derrick’s superior level of understanding and knowledge of the commercial real estate market has helped him continually provide his clients with the highest level of service. Derrick specializes in the acquisitions, dispositions and exchanges of investment properties throughout the Los Angeles County.

Derrick started his real estate career with J.V.C. & Associates, L.L.C. where he focused on the development and management of residential and commercial properties. After his successful career at J.V.C. & Associates, Derrick joined RE/MAX Commercial as a multifamily agent and quickly became a top producing agent in the office.

After his successful career at RE/MAX, In 2008, Derrick was responsible for moving his team to start the Commercial Division of KW Commercial Santa Monica where his team, MVPartners, quickly grew to one of the top producing teams within KW Commercial International. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Derrick received his degree from the Marshall School of Business in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Development. In his free time, Derrick enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, and travel.

Jonathan Prakash – Executive Managing Director, Partner

Jonathan specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties in Los Angeles County. Regarded as a Multifamily Investment and Development Specialist, Jonathan uses his knowledge and expertise to analyze real time market information to help his clients make educated decisions in the commercial real estate market. In addition to cleverly identifying investment opportunities, he provides his clients with the highest level of services with honesty and integrity. Some of these services include strategies to cut operation expenses, cost benefit analyses, broker pricing opinions, rent surveys and IRR calculations.

Jonathan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics and Minor in Accounting in 2007.  His background in Finance has garnered him a keen ability to analyze both market trends in the economy and in the real estate market. Through diligent direct and online marketing, Jonathan is able to procure offers with the best price and terms in order to maximize his clients net proceeds.

Jonathan possesses an innate ability to navigate complex transactions while optimizing value for both owners and investors. He attributes his continued success to his strong work ethic and his dedication to the development of existing and growing business relationships.

Adrian Stepien – Consultant

Adrian epitomizes integrity, effort, energy, and customer service in every detail of your real estate transaction. With wide-ranging knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance, Adrian is astute at valuating properties, going above and beyond for the client to make sure their needs are met.

Before starting his career in real estate, Adrian worked as an accountant for an architectural firm in Los Angeles. This experience spurred his interest in commercial properties and provided him with the opportunity to gain vast market knowledge, while understanding how to maximize financial gain.

Adrian graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting, along with a minor in Sports Management and Medicine. He was an active member and leader of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. His ability to speak fluent Polish allows him to engage with Eastern European clients in a more accessible demeanor.

Outside of the office, Adrian likes to spend his time outdoors, hiking, playing sports, and living an active lifestyle.

Arish Gil – Analyst

Arish is currently a full-time student enrolled at the University of California at Los Angeles pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Economics along with a minor in Accounting. At UCLA, he participates as an active member and leader in the Sigma Nu Epsilon Pi Chapter and the Student Accounting Society.

Taking pride in his work ethic and being highly self-motivated, Arish learns quickly on the job and works tirelessly in providing a positive, successful experience for clients. With a background in the agricultural industry and property management, Arish brings his unique experience to assist the MVP Commercial Investment Team through a myriad of marketing strategies, property analytics, and other customer services.

During his free time, Arish enjoys watching football and basketball, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and traveling.

Natan Landman – Consultant

Natan is currently a full time student at the University of California at Los Angeles pursuing a double major in Financial Actuarial Mathematics and Business Economics. At UCLA he is an active member and leader of the Sigma Nu Epsilon Pi Chapter as well as the Director of Finance for the Bruins for Israel organization.

Having experience in math competitions and education, his keen quantitative abilities and patience allow him to quickly learn on the job and provide more skillful services for the clients of the MVP Commercial Team.

Possessing the ability to speak Spanish and Hebrew with native fluency, Natan contributes to more comfortable and efficient property transactions amongst a wide variety of clients. In his free time, Natan enjoys playing and watching sports, body surfing and spending time with his friends and family.

Raheel Virani – Senior Analyst

Raheel is currently a student at the University of California Los Angeles pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics. At UCLA he is the active Financial Director of Bruin Home Solutions and the former Treasurer of Sigma Nu Epsilon Pi.

Raheel has a natural talent as an analyst as he has a keen interest in numbers and quantitative analysis. These skills allow him to see through the numbers and get fair pricing and real valuations on properties for all of MVP Commercial’s Clients and Investors.

In his free time Raheel enjoys an active lifestyle playing football, basketball, and frequently goes hiking.
